John Young with over 38 years of experience, specialising in corporate and commercial litigation, is a prominent lawyer, barrister in NSW and Victoria.
Mr Young was an adviser for Deputy Prime Minister and Attorney General in Australia and was the Commonwealth Attorney-General's nominee to the NSW Legal Aid Commission.
John also advised Shadow Attorney General Lionel Bowen on Government legislation and drafted Opposition legislation and amendments.
he was involved in ALP policy committees on Legal and Constitutional Affairs and Industry policy and also rafted media releases and liaising with members of the Parliamentary Press Gallery and was Involved in the 1980 Federal election campaign as a legal and media advisor.
